We aim to make your studio experience as smooth as possible and would therefore like to inform you of the important and useful facts described below.
It is mandatory to wear grip socks during all lessons. This is for both hygienic and safety reasons.
You can buy grip socks from us, on the website, via the app or in the studio. The socks are not sent, but can be picked up in the studio.
Of course you can also buy other grip socks.
There are lockers with an electric lock in the changing room. You need to use and remember a four-digit code for this.
Don’t really need a locker? Then we ask you to hang your coat on the coat rack and place your shoes on the shelves in the changing room.
You can bring small belongings, such as your phone or keys, with you to class and put them in a separate container at your seat.
We offer a free trial lessen on the mat, which is valid for all of our different mat lessens.
For the reformer or tower we offer a introduction lesson which is reduced in price.
Both are available for purchase via our ‘pricing’ page. After purchase you can directly reserve a lesson yourself.
We would like to ask you to take off your shoes after entering and place them on the shelves in the changing room, in the back of the studio.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you would like to bring a towel to class, we offer a towel service.
There are always clean towels available, which you can use during or after class.
So you do not need to bring a towel yourself.
A towel is not mandatory in class.
You can register up to 30 minutes before the lesson.
A group class registration can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. After that, the credit originally scheduled for the class will be deducted.
If there are only one or two registrations for a group class, we may cancel it. Registered participants will be notified in a timely manner.
A private, duo, or own-group appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the credit originally scheduled for the class will be deducted.
When a lesson is given, we strive for a calm atmosphere in the studio. We ask you to take this into account in the lounge and in the dressing room.
If you have long hair we would like to ask you to tie it up please.
Especially in the reformer and tower classes, to prevent accidents with the equipment.
Given the central location of the studio, paid parking or parking for permit holders only applies around the studio.
Our street:
Please note! There are two public paid parking spaces at the front of our street, but from the side street to the intersection, parking is only for permit holders.
If you are coming by car, please allow some extra time to find a parking space, so that you are not late for class. Thank you in advance.
The studio is easily accessible by public transport.
Bus stops:
Nearest bus stops are a 3-minute walk away and are located on the Grote Berg.
Central station:
The walking distance to the central station is 15 minutes.
We would like to ask you to take into account the start time of our lessons and not to come in later, so that the lesson is not disrupted.
You are of course welcome to come earlier and take a seat in our lounge or changing room.
We teach our lessons in both Dutch and English.
The language spoken by the instructor is listed with the lessons in the timetable.
We would like to ask you not to place your bike in front of the entrance or in front of the windows. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
These can be placed on the path between the two green areas (diagonally in front of the studio).
The municipality is working on bike racks.
We have a minimum age of 16 years for participation in our classes.
Please let the instructor know if you have any physical complaints or injuries. She will discuss the possibilities with you, but you should always assess yourself whether you can participate in a lesson or an exercise.
