Meet our instructors. They are ready to guide you personally. We have chosen to work with only small groups, so that they can give you the attention you deserve.

I am Brazilian, fully certified by Stott Pilates since 2012, passionate about nature and discovering the world. In 2005 I first came into contact with the Pilates method. I have studied with great masters of Pilates all over the world and served world-famous professional athletes (tennis, surfing), in addition to contributing to the rehabilitation process by working with other professionals in healthcare. I am also certified in Functional Movement Screen and Fascial Movement. All these perspectives I bring with me to my Pilates classes that I have been teaching since 2008, in my own studio or in healthcare and physiotherapy. As a personal trainer, over time I have developed my own method that combines Pilates, functional training, gymnastics, fascial movement, yoga and meditation.

REFORMER - TOWER - MAT: Classical Pilates, Contemporary Pilates, Pregnancy & Postpartum Pilates

I have been doing Pilates for about 15 years. I found Pilates so enjoyable and fascinating that I followed the PT Pilates training in Zwolle in 2015 and a few years later in Woerden in the studio of Mirjam van Gameren followed the Classical Reformer and Classical Pilates training. For me, Pilates means training your body in a pleasant and smart way and keeping it strong. The basic principles of Pilates such as: concentration, control, centering, precision, flow and breathing, which really makes Pilates a Pilates, fascinate me the most. Moving with attention also clears your head and you create body & mind connection. Isn’t that wonderful! What I like about teaching is getting people to move as well as possible within the possibilities of their body.

REFORMER - TOWER - MAT: Classical Pilates, Contemporary Pilates, Stretch and Slow

In 2016 I started Pilates myself, and felt good about this form of exercise. At the beginning of 2020 I followed the basic training Classical Pilates with Marjon van Grunsven in Den Bosch and discovered that teaching Pilates suits me very well. From my own sports background, my interest in teaching and stimulated by those close to me, I started teaching mat lessons with great enthusiasm and energy. In 2023 I became proficient and deepened my knowledge of the Reformer and am happy with the opportunities this offers to expand my lessons and continue to develop myself. Bo’s plans immediately made me enthusiastic and I am very much looking forward to working with her and the clients on strength, flexibility and balance!

My experience as a trainer began in 2013 in Belarus. I taught contemporary dance, ballet and fitness for children and adults. Currently I teach Pilates and ballet for adults up to 83 years.

Pilates inspired me to focus on this because of its holistic approach to the body. It ensures that lessons are never boring and the development in this method is exciting. Both for my students and for me as a trainer.

REFORMER - TOWER - MAT: Classical Pilates

Growing up in France, I did a lot of gymnastics and only later in the Netherlands did I discover yoga and classical ballet. I love “athletic” styles of yoga and since 2019 I work as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. Since 2023 I also teach Pilates and Barre classes. Movement is my passion and every year I follow courses and training to continue developing myself. As for Pilates, I followed classical mat Pilates. I like to vary, so I teach the “Power & Flow” class, with my own twist to it. I teach this flow class to music and the exercises are performed smoothly one after the other. It is a somewhat faster and playful class, with influences from yoga, barre and classical ballet. I am French-speaking but also speak fluent Dutch and English.

MAT & PROPS: Power and Flow

After completing my doctorate at the University of Oxford, I transitioned into life as a movement teacher dedicated to the connection between physical and mental well-being. As a third-Pilates generation teacher, educated in London, I view Pilates as a foundational blueprint for human movement. My expertise extends beyond to strength and conditioning, weight training, and aerial arts. Driven by the latest scientific literature, my approach integrates biomechanics and kinesiology to help students enhance their performance and feel truly at home in their bodies. With a focus on fostering energy and enthusiasm, I look forward to helping her clients reach their goals through a dedicated focus on strength, flexibility, and balance.

My passion for Pilates developed spontaneously and naturally at The R Studio. I earned my certification at Balanced Body in Munich, where I trained as a Pilates instructor and further deepened my knowledge of the method. Because I have scoliosis myself, from a young age I’ve been searching for forms of movement that bring balance to my body and strengthen different muscle groups—that’s how I found my way to Pilates. I believe that conscious and controlled movement can make a significant difference in how you feel in your body. In my classes, I enjoy creating an accessible and safe environment where everyone, regardless of level, can work on strength, stability, and body awareness.
